There are many functions included in this extension. You can block all the ads from all the pages you and if you want to show up some ads which don't annoys you than you can enable those ads. It can also choose automatically which ad are annoying and which ads are to be blocked.
By default, the app is set to show up some intrusive ads so that some relevant ads can show up to make the site owner earn a little. But if you want to block all the ads from loading than you can change these settings to not to show any ads while browsing. To change the setting follow the following steps.
- Click on the ABP icon located on the top right corner.
- After clicking on that icon a menu will be appeared, click on options.
- Now in the options panel, you will see Allow some non-intrusive advertising. Just remove the tick and none of the ads will be shown to you.
You can also white-list a domain or website if you like to do that. To white list a domain...
- Click on ABP icon that's in the right corner.
- Now click on options and after the options panel is opened click on whitelisted domains.
- Add domains to your white list.

DeleteIf you already have a domain name than you can create a CNAME record easily.
If you want to use the subdomain for the domain name you use in Blogger than just add or create the subdomain in step 2 Google Developers Console and than create the CNAME pointing to that subdomain. Read the post carefully.
